Uniform

School branded uniform, with the school logo, is available  to order online from Wovina.  However, non-branded navy blue jumpers and cardigans may be bought through other suppliers. Most supermarkets stock these items, as well as polo shirts and flannel trousers/skirts at reasonable prices. Hoodies must not be worn as part of school uniform. Each child will be given a book bag free of charge when they start attending Harrowbarrow School.  Should a replacement be required these can be ordered direct from the Wovina site.

The school uniform is as follows:-

Winter clothes for boys and girls:

 Grey  trousers/skirts/pinafores
 Navy   jumpers/ sweatshirts/ cardigans
White, pale blue, or navy shirts/ blouses/ T-shirts

Summer clothes for boys:

 Navy    sweatshirts/ jumpers
White, pale blue or navy  T-shirts/ shirts

Summer clothes for girls:

Blue & white check or stripe summer dresses
White, pale blue or navy blouses/ T-shirts
 Navy  cardigans/ jumper

For health and safety reasons it is essential that pupils wear suitable footwear that will enable them to run around safely at playtimes.  Shoes  must be black and flat heeled. Boots are not acceptable. Please ensure your child does not wear fashion shoes, open toed sandals or high block heels.

Please also ensure that your child is dressed for their working day in the appropriate uniform. Pupils who attend Harrowbarrow School should be in clothes that comply with the school colours. Children may wear a watch to school but the wearing of any other form of jewellery, with the exception of stud earrings, is discouraged in the interest of health & safety.

PE Kit

To enable children to safely access all PE opportunities, it is important they have an appropriate PE kit in school at all times. PE bags should be kept in school at all times and only taken home for washing. Each bag should contain a pair of black sport shorts, a white t-shirt and pair of trainers/pumps. Children may also wear tracksuits during colder months as most of our PE takes place outside.

Please note: on your child’s PE day, we ask they attend school in their PE kit rather than school uniform.
