School Meals

Our school dinners are prepared on site, using locally sourced ingredients where possible.  We have a 3 week menu with at least 2 options, one of which will always be vegetarian. A school dinner currently costs £2.40.

The preferred method of payment is via the school’s online payment facility School Money

All infant children receive a free school meal under the Governments Universal Infant Free School Meals Scheme.

Harrowbarrow MENU Spring 2024

After careful consideration, we are having to increase the cost of school meals.

This decision hasn’t been taken lightly but with the high costs that we continue to face for food, staffing and overheads, we are now at the point where we need to look at our price per meal costs. We understand how difficult times are for many families and therefore have only decided to increase by a minimal amount to try and reduce our overheads.  Therefore, from Monday 15th April (first day of the summer term), the cost of a meal will be £2.50 per day, an overall increase of 10p.

Healthy school meals, cooked on the premises, are available each day with a three weekly rolling menu detailing each day’s main course and dessert. We also offer a vegetarian option.
